We know that it can be difficult for parents to stay on top of all the activities that happen at school. As a result we are making use of a great tool called “School-Day” which is a communications and on-line payment tool.
What’s in it for parents?
School-Day can be accessed from any web browser and gives parents real-time, secure access to up-to-date information, and the ability to:
- Receive weekly school and regular classroom updates directly to your e-mail address that can be read on your phone, computer, tablet etc.
- Complete on-line (paperless) pizza order and payments
- Approve permission forms instantly on-line
- Complete on-line payments and approvals for trips or other activities
- Minimize the risks associated with sending money to school with your child (“backpack delivery”) and reduce the environmental impact of photocopying permission forms and announcements
Anyone who is not currently registered on School-Day is receiving a School-Day Registration Letter today (Monday, September 8th) that will walk you through the steps to get set-up on School-Day. We want all of our families to make use of this great communications tool!
