Hello Williamsburg Families,

Here are our updates for this week:

1. Picture Days
Today is Picture Day for Kindergarten and Siblings
Tomorrow (Friday, October 2nd) is Picture Day for Grades 1 to 6
Picture Re-takes will be done on Tuesdsay, October 27th

2. Student Pick-Up – Please be sure to let the classroom teacher know if you will be picking up your child early for an appointment so that they can send them to the office to meet you on time.

3. Playground Supervision – Parents please note that we provide teacher supervision in the mornings from 8:45-9:00am and after school 3:20-3:35pm.  It is appreciated if students do not arrive early or stay later after school, as they will not be supervised.

4. Terry Fox Event – Thank you to all of our Williamsburg School Community for supporting our annual Terry Fox Event.  We enjoyed getting together as a school and walking/running in memory of Terry Fox. Over the past seven years we have raised over $7000 for cancer research. We are so very proud of our school’s dedication and accomplishments.

5. Milk Program – Just a reminder if there are any questions or concerns about your child’s milk order, please contact Marlene at RMI at 519-620-0303 x 1 or you can email her at mdoolan@remembermeinc.com. Our Williamsburg staff does not manage the milk program.
