The 8^th annual YMCA Bright Lights Campaign will be November 30^th – December 11^th.   Bright Lights provides our YMCA community an opportunity to give gifts to newly arrived immigrant families we serve through our programs. Over the last 8 years more than 1700 gift packages have been given to families across Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo.

As these families are very new to our community and to Canada, some suggested gift items are clothing, outdoor clothing, household items and books.   We ask that all gifts are new and returned in a gift bag.  Light bulbs representing individuals can be picked up at any YMCA location throughout the campaign.  Gifts are to be returned to the YMCA location with the bulb attached by December 11^th and will be given to families before Christmas.
