Hello Parents,

Here are this week’s updates:

1. Upcoming Dates to Note:
March 12/13 – Time Change – Clocks go ahead one hour at midnight
March 14 to 18 – March Break
March 25 – Good Friday Holiday
March 28 – Easter Monday Holiday

2. Last call for Pizza/Cookie Orders

Pizza/Cookie orders for the weeks of March 24, 31, April 7, 14 and 21 are due by today on School-Day. No late orders will be accepted. Also a reminder that any cash payments must be submitted to the office by 3:30 today.  Unpaid orders cannot be processed.  Be sure to click the Products tab at the top of the page in order to access all the weeks in this ordering period.  Call the school office if you have any questions – 519-742-1848.

3. Move-A-Thon
Our school Move-A-Thon fundraiser is on today and tomorrow! Thanks to our Williamsburg families for your generous support.

4. Are You Moving?

Please be sure to inform the school office if you are moving anytime in the next few months or over the summer.  We are making plans for the new school year and want to keep track of where all of our students will be.  All of our students must live within the Williamsburg school boundaries.  Contact us at 519-742-1848.

5. Lost and Found

It seems Mother Nature has given us an early spring and just in time for March Break!!!

This is a great opportunity to ask your child to bring home all their winter gear that they have left hanging on hooks, sitting on shelves in the hallways and forgotten about in the lost and found. We’d like our lost and found items go home by tomorrow.  Anything left over will be donated to a local charity.

6. Featured Class

This week’s featured class is JK/SK students from Room 44.  We are showcasing some great learning in science.  Mrs. Weiberg and Mrs. Marshall have been busy with their student scientists and looking very closely at the world around us.  Here is the link if you want to take a look: http://wlm.wrdsb.ca/featured-classes/
