Hello Parents,

Here are this week’s updates:

1. Upcoming Dates to Note:

  • April 14 to 21 – Pizza/Cookie Orders for May Due on School-Day
  • April 15 – Jersey Day – Show your Williamsburg Spirit!
  • April 19 and 20 – Spring Concerts
  • April 20, 21 and 22 – Scholastic Book Fair
  • April 22 – PA Day – no school for students
  • April 25 – School Council Meeting at 6:30pm
  • April 28 – Make-up Pizza/Cookie Day for March 24 Ice Day
  • May 13 and 14 – Used Book Sale – more details coming soon

 

2. Pizza/Cookie Orders for May due by Thursday, April 21st

Our next round of Pizza/Cookie orders are now open on School-Day.  This ordering period covers the weeks of May 5, 12, 19 and 26 and will be taken on School-Day ONLY from today until Thursday, April 21st. Be sure to click the Products tab at the top of the page in order to access all the weeks in this ordering period. No late orders will be accepted.  See the How-To-Order Guide below for step by step instructions for ordering.  Call the school office if you have any questions – 519-742-1848.

3. Spring Concerts

A reminder that our Spring Concerts are happening next week on April 19th and 20th.  Please check below to see when your child’s class is performing.  All parents are invited to attend.  The Concert will begin at 9:15am and will be approximately an hour and a half in length. Out of respect for the final performances on the program, we are requesting that parents will stay for the entire performance.

***Kindergarten Classes will perform on Wednesday, April 20th from 2:30-3:20pm

4. Lost and Found

Be sure to have a look through the Lost and Found when you are here for the Spring Concert next week.  It is overflowing with hoodies, water bottles and all kinds of other items.   We would love for these items to be taken to their proper homes.

5. Morning Supervision

Parents, please note that there is no supervision at Williamsburg until 8:45 am.  We ask that students do not arrive to the school until that time.  Thanks for your cooperation.

6. Featured Class

~ How-To-Order Guide for Pizza/Cookies:

– Log-in to School-Day (https://www.school-day.com/ )
– Underneath My Dashboard, you will see 5 tabs, click  the Products tab to see all the Pizza and Cookie products that are available to order in this ordering period
-Order Pizza and/or Cookies as you wish adding the items to your cart. (Note that orders must be placed for each week and product separately.   There will be 8 products to choose from in this 4 week ordering period)
– Be sure to order for each of your children by choosing the child’s name from the drop-down box for each week
– When you are ready to complete your order, click My Cart
– Click Check Out to pay on-line and complete the payment process
– If you prefer to pay by cash, click Will Pay By Cash.  Print receipt or make note of the Order Number and send to school with your payment by the order deadline date.  Your order is not complete until payment is received at school
