Special 10th Anniversary Notes:
- Parking – Please plan to walk to the school for the Open House and Fun Fair on Thursday. Our parking lot will be closed and filled with food trucks and activities. There will not be any parking available at the school
- All children must be accompanied by an adult at both the Open House and the Fun Fair
Open House – 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm
Come and walk through the school and visit with current and past, staff and students, watch end of the year videos, look at photos and memorabilia from the past 10 years.
Fun Fair – 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
– Wristbands to Participate in Games and Activities – $10 per child. Purchasing a wristband will allow children to participate in all games and activities. It will also include cotton candy, a lollipop and a Flare temporary tattoo! Game winners will receive tickets for a chance to win one of 3 gift baskets or a Williamsburg water bottle.
– Special Fun Fair Notes:
- Each child must wear a wristband in order to participate in games
- A map of games and activities will be provided at the Fun Fair
- No refunds or replacement wristbands given
Other Activities at the Fun Fair (not included in the price of the wristband):
- Food Trucks – Food may be purchased from individual food trucks
- Flare Photo Booth – $5 per photo
- Silent Auction – Place bid on many items up for auction
- Basket Draw – Purchase tickets and have a chance to win gift baskets. Ticket cost: $1 each or 7 for $5 or 15 for $10
- Me to We Bake Sale – Baked goods will be available for purchase
Prize Draws
- All activities/games will close at 6:45 pm and then prizes will be drawn and awarded. You must be attendance to win a prize.
- Funds raised go back to the school for school initiatives and technology.
- All children must be escorted by a parent at both the Open House and the Fun Fair.
- If it rains on September 21, we will move our Fun Fair inside.
