Hello Parents,

Here are this week’s updates:

1. Last Call for OCTOBER Pizza/Cookie Orders –  Pizza/Cookie orders for each Thursday in October are due by today on School-Day. No late orders will be accepted.  Also a reminder that any cash payments must be submitted in exact change to the office by 3:30 today.  Unpaid orders cannot be processed. You are welcome to call the school office if you have any questions – 519-742-1848.

2. Photo Days ~ Smile! A reminder that school photos are being taken today for Kindergarten classes and Room 10.  The Grade 1 to 6 classes will have their photos taken on Friday, September 29.

3. Thank You Williamsburg Families! We want to say a big thank you to our Williamsburg families for supporting our 10th Anniversary Open House and Fun Fair.  It was an amazing celebration and we are so pleased that so many of our staff, parents and students came out to join us and support our great school!  All proceeds from our 10th Anniversary Celebrations will be used to purchase technology for our classrooms.

4. Staebler Student Insurance – Staebler Insurance is proud to be the exclusive broker of Student Accident Insurance for the Waterloo Region District School Board.  Visit the following link: https://www.staebler.com/student-accident-insurance to read about purchasing Student Insurance. While participation in the program is voluntary please consider the importance of acquiring student accident insurance especially if your child is involved in sports activities. The insurance being offered will provide students with excellent medical and dental coverage at a reasonable cost.

5. Williamsburg Morning Announcements – Parents, we post our daily announcements on our school website; this is an additional way to help keep you informed of our day to day happenings.   • October 19 – 26 – November Pizza Orders Open on School-Day
  • October 23 – School Council Meeting at 6:30 pm in the Library

  • Log-in to School-Day (https://www.school-day.com/ )
  • Click Products at the top of your Dashboard to see all the October Pizza and Cookie products that are available to order in this ordering period
  • Order Pizza and/or Cookies as you wish adding the items to your cart. Use the drop-down boxes to select the child, week and topping you wish to order. When you are ready to complete your order, click My Cart
  • Click Check Out to pay on-line and complete the payment process
  • If you prefer to pay by cash, click Will Pay By Cash.  Print receipt or make note of the Order Number and send to school with your payment by the order deadline date.  Your order is not complete until payment is received at school
