Hello Parents,
Here are this week’s updates:
1.Thanksgiving Holiday: Monday, October 9th is the Thanksgiving Holiday which means a long weekend for staff and students!
2. Attendance: If you child is going to be absent or late, please call our attendance line at 519-742-1848 ext. 1 and leave a message including the following information:
- The student’s name (please spell the last name)
- The teacher’s name
- The reason for the absence
3. Early Pick-Up: If you need to pick up your child early from school for an appointment or any other reason, please write a note in your child’s planner to let the teacher know. If that is not possible, please give the school office a call so we can have your child here in the office. The office number is 519-742-1848 ext. 3. Thanks for your help with this!
4. Parking Lot: Please remember that our parking lot is for staff and visitors. For safety reasons, students are not to be dropped off or picked up in the parking lot. We want to keep everybody safe!
5. Upcoming Dates to Note:
- October 9 – Thanksgiving Holiday
- October 19 – 26 – November Pizza Orders Open on School-Day
- October 23 – School Council Meeting at 6:30 pm in the Library
