Hello Parents,
Here are this week’s updates:
1. Upcoming Dates to Note:
- October 19 – 26 – November Pizza Orders Open on School-Day
- October 23 – School Council Meeting
- October 26 – Photo Re-Take Day
- October 31 – Wear Black and Orange or a Costume to School
2. School Council – Join us for our next School Council Meeting on Monday, October 23rd at 6:30 pm in the library.
3. Photos Arriving Soon – We are expecting student photo packages to be arriving soon to Williamsburg. They will be sent home with the students as soon as they get here so that you can order whatever photos you wish on-line or in the envelope provided. If you missed our first photo day or are not satisfied with the photos, there will be a photo re-take day on Thursday, October 26th.
4. School-Day Language Feature – The School-Day Parent Dashboard includes a language feature and gives parent the ability to select the language that you see on School-Day. Click on SELECT LANGUAGE in the top right side of the screen to choose the language you wish to use. It is a great tool for our Williamsburg families.
5. October 31 – Spirit Day – On October 31st, Williamsburg staff and students can wear a costume or can come dressed in black and orange to show their Williamsburg school spirit. If your child is coming in costume, please ensure that costumes are school appropriate (no weapons, masks or violent/scary costumes).
