Hello Parents,
Here this week’s updates:
1. Kindergarten Registration for NEW JK/SK Students – Kindergarten registration for children born in 2014/2015 is now open online at https://wlm.wrdsb.ca/2019/01/14/kindergarten-registration-for-children-born-in-2014-and-2015/
If your child currently attends Williamsburg Public School in JK, there is no need to register for SK as this happens automatically at the school level. Please share this information with your friends and neighbours in our school community.

2. French Immersion Registration Continues for September 2019 – French Immersion Registration for students who are currently in SK is open now and is to be completed online by January 31, 2019. Please click this link for more details about the program and how to register: www.wrdsb.ca/french/
3. Parking Lot Safety – We ask that parents and students stay off the snow hill at the end of the parking lot. The parking lot is not a safe area for students to be playing or walking before or after school!
4. HERO GEM UPDATE – We continue to work on building optimism at Williamsburg. We hope you will do the same at home. Ask your child what it means to be optimistic. We encourage you to brainstorm for ways that you can show optimism at home.

- January 24 – Team Jersey Spirit Day
- January 24 to 31 – February Pizza/Cookie Orders Open on School-Day
- January 25 – PD Day – no school for students
