Hello Parents,

Here are this week’s updates:

1. Upcoming Dates to Note:

  • March 28 – March Pizza/Cookie Orders Due
  • April 12 – PD Day
  • April 18 – Crazy Hat Day
  • April 18 to 25 – May Pizza/Cookie Orders Open on School-Day
  • April 19 – Good Friday Holiday
  • April 22 – Easter Monday Holiday
  • April 29 – School Council Meeting

2. April Pizza and Cookie Orders Due TODAY (March 28) – Last call for Pizza/Cookie orders for the following weeks: April 4, 11, 18 and 25. Late orders cannot be accepted. Also, a reminder that any cash payments must be submitted to the office by 3:30 today. See the How-To-Order Guide below for step by step instructions for ordering. Call the school office if you have any questions or want to get registered on School-Day – 519-742-1848.

3. Children Born in 2015 – It is time to register for Kindergarten (if you haven’t done so already.) We are already working on our classes and numbers for September 2019 so please register your child today – wlm.wrdsb.ca/2019/01/14/kindergarten-registration-for-children-born-in-2014-and-2015/

4. HERO GEM UPDATE – Our focus on Ownership this month has reminded me of a quote that I used to have hanging in my office…..

~ How-To-Order Guide for Pizza/Cookies:

  • Log-in to School-Day (www.school-day.com/ )
  • Click Products at the top of your Dashboard and select April 2019 – Pizza Orders and/or April 2019 – Cookies Orders
  • Order Pizza and/or Cookies as you wish, adding the items to your cart. Use the drop-down boxes to select the child, week and topping you wish to order. When you are ready to complete your order, click My Cart
  • Click Check Out to pay online and complete the payment process
  • If you prefer to pay by cash, click Will Pay By Cash. Print receipt or make note of the Order Number and send to school with your payment by the order deadline date. Your order is not complete until payment is received at school
