Hello Parents,
Here are this week’s updates:
1. Last Call for NOVEMBER Pizza/Cookie Orders:
Pizza/Cookie orders for each Thursday in November are due by today on School-Day. No late orders will be accepted. Also a reminder that any cash payments must be submitted to the office by 3:30 today. Unpaid orders cannot be processed. Be sure to click the Products tab at the top of the page in order to access all the weeks in this ordering period. See the How to Guide at the end of this note for step by step instructions. You are welcome to call the school office if you have any questions – 519-742-1848.

– November 17 – Kindergarten and Rm 10 Cinderella Trip
3. Pumpkin Patrol
The WRDSB Pumpkin Patrol will be back on our streets. Once again this year, the Pumpkin Patrol will be patrolling your school and community on the evenings of Saturday, October 29th, Sunday, October 20th and Monday, October 31st.
During these 3 nights, the Pumpkin Patrol will randomly visit the WRDSB facilities as well as be a watchful eye for any problems that may occur while the children are out “trick-or-treating.”
Staff have experienced a reduction in vandalism at Board facilities as a result of this program. The program acts as a deterrent in decreasing the amount of activities, damage to the schools and helps ensure safety to our children who may be out on these fun filled evenings.
4. October 31 – Spirit Day
On October 31st, Williamsburg staff and students can wear a book character costume or can come dressed in black and orange to show their Williamsburg school spirit. We discourage the wearing of masks for safety reasons, and the carrying of plastic weapons that may go along with a costume. We don’t allow weapons, real or fake, to brought to school on any day.
5. Random Act of Kindness Day
November 4th is Random Act of Kindness Day. Students and their families are encouraged to find ways to be kind to others.
6. Cinderella
Staff and students are looking forward to seeing the live performances of Cinderella during November and December. Please reply to the field trip form and payment information on School-Day as soon as possible. The theatre needs to know exact numbers in advance so we need to know early whether or not your child will be taking part in the trip. Thanks in advance for letting us know.

– Click Products at the top of your Dashboard to see all the Pizza and Cookie products that are available to order in this ordering period
-Order Pizza and/or Cookies as you wish adding the items to your cart. (Note that orders must be placed for each week and product separately. There will be 8 products to choose from in this 4 week ordering period)
– Be sure to order for each of your children by choosing the child’s name from the drop-down box for each week
– When you are ready to complete your order, click My Cart
– Click Check Out to pay on-line and complete the payment process
– If you prefer to pay by cash, click Will Pay By Cash. Print receipt or make note of the Order Number and send to school with your payment by the order deadline date. Your order is not complete until payment is received at school
