Dear Williamsburg Families,

This fall School Council is holding a Poinsettia Sale.  This beautiful plant will brighten up any space this winter and holiday season!

The money generated through this fundraiser will go towards items like school yard enhancements, planners, field trips and more! Your participation in this sale, whether large or small, is greatly appreciated!

Please take a look at the Poinsettia order form that was sent home with your child for details on sizes and colours and make sure to share it with friends, family and co-workers.

The fundraiser runs from November 14th, 2016 until November 28th, 2016. Order forms must be returned to the school by November 28th

Poinsettia Pick-Up Dates at Williamsburg P.S. – Entry through doors by Gym

  • December 7th – 3:20 pm- 6:00 pm
  • December 8th – 8:45 am – 6:00 pm

Please review the important information below:

  1. Fill out order forms completely and use the enclosed collection envelope for payments
  2. Re-check the order form to make sure the money collected is correct
  3. Personal checks, bank checks and money orders should be made out to:
    “Williamsburg Public School”.  All cash must be in the exact amount only. Change cannot be provided. Please do not add sales tax.
  4. Return the order form to the school with full payment by November 28th.  Late orders cannot be accepted
  5. Be sure to come to Williamsburg during one of the pick-up dates to get your orders

Special Note: Never allow children to solicit orders alone and please do not go door to door.  Use this opportunity to fundraise with your friends and family members.
